Features:
1) Main application: transparent filler masterbatch is a kind of advanced modified
filler MB made of inorganic transparent powder material and other special additives.
Its refraction is similar to polyolefin plastics. When the application ratio is around
5 - 10%, the transparency of HDPE film is distinctly improved. And it will not affect
the transparency of LDPE film. It is used for first and mid grade polyolefin material
in the process of extrusion, injection, plastic blowing, film blowing, casting,
wire drawing, etc. When it is put into use, we can reduce material cost, and
improve the character of final products
2) Granule size for inorganic transparent powder: ≤10μm
3) Whiteness: ≥98%
4) Application ratio: mix transparent filler MB with the stuff resin from the ratio
of 8% to over than 15% (different ratio decided by products and users)
5) With small gravity, it will remain parts of the physical and mechanical property
of plastic products
6) It has good dispersing quality to assure the smooth appearance
of plastic products, so that it can guarantee good printing quality of surface
for first and mid grade plastic products
7) With good heating seal property and certain anti-adhesive property
8) Since the transparent powder material is introduced, under the same application
ratio as normal filler MB, the effect on transparency of material is distinctly reduced
9) Stored in ventilated, dry and cool place.

Remarks: Transparent Filler MB is easily to absorb moisture from the air. So please use out soon after opening the package
