Nano Filler Masterbatch

Nano filler masterbatch is a kind of advanced modified filler MB made of nano calcium
Carbonate, plastic flexibilizer and other special additives. It is used for first
and mid grade polyolefin material in such processes of extrusion, injection, plastic
blowing, film blowing, casting and wire drawing. When it is put into use,
we can reduce material cost, and improve the character of final products.

Application ratio: mix nano filler MB with the stuff resin from the ratio of 10%
to more than 30% (different ratio decided by the product and user)

Compared with normal filler MB, nano filler MB with following superiorities:
1) Remain anti-impulsion property and flexibility of plastic material. Even when
the application ratio is high, it will not reduce the physical and mechanical
property of plastic products much
2) Nano filler MB is with good dispersing quality to ensure the smooth
appearance of plastic products, so that it can guarantee good printing
quality of surface for first and mid grade plastic products
3) When some inorganic materials of nanometer frame are introduced, the bad
effect of material aging property is distinctly reduced
4) Under same ratio condition, nano filler MB can distinctly improve the
transparency of plastic products

Remarks: stored in ventilated, dry and cool place. Nano filler MB is easily to absorb
moisture from the air. So please use out soon after opening the package.
